My journey towards a healthier and purpose-driven life began with a scary complication.
As my body was being treated for cancer, I experienced a severe allergic reaction to the medications intended to help me heal.
This setback left me feeling extremely ill – more than I thought possible. The unbearable physical symptoms were also having a horrible effect on my overall emotional and mental health.
After following the advice of doctors and specialists, I was suddenly facing even more complications. This unexpected turn of events forced me to become an advocate for my health.
Frustrated with the limitations of conventional treatments and determined to take charge of my health, I embarked on a journey of self-advocacy. I delved into research, seeking alternative solutions that could complement any medical treatment and provide the support my body desperately needed.
My educational background, training and extensive research empowered me to take control of my body, health, and decisions. I soon discovered other proven methods of healing.
During this quest for a healthier and more resilient future, I was invited to a networking event where LifeVantage found me. In many ways, it also saved me.
